Terms of Service

Tapwell provides concept illustration, character design, 3D modeling, product visualization, game-ready assets and related creative services as described on the Services and Pricing sections of this website.

The exact scope of each commission (deliverables, formats, deadline and price) is agreed in writing before work begins.

Prices shown on this website are indicative. A final quote is issued for each project based on scope and complexity.

All payments for any service tier (Quick Tasks or Full Projects) are 100% required upfront before work begins. Payment is accepted via PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer, and work begins once the payment is received.

Each pricing tier includes a set number of revision rounds, shown on the corresponding price card. Revisions apply to the current stage of work.

Additional revisions, or changes to an already approved direction, are billed at €25 per round for Quick Tasks or hourly for Full Projects.

Estimated delivery times are listed per tier and confirmed in the written agreement. Rush delivery may be available for a 30% surcharge.

Delays in providing feedback, reference material or approvals extend the deadline by the corresponding amount of time.

Personal-use rights are included with every commission. Commercial licensing is included in Brand and Full Production tiers and can be added to other tiers.

Full rights transfer to the client upon final payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tapwell retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and on social media.

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Cancellation before work begins results in a full refund of any payment; see the Refund Policy for cancellations after work has started.

Tapwell's total liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the amount actually paid for that commission. Tapwell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
