How does payment work?
All payments are 100% upfront before work begins, via PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer. Once the commission process has started, payments are non-refundable.
What are typical deadlines?
Each tier lists a delivery time. Rush delivery is available for +30% depending on schedule.
Do I get commercial rights?
Personal use is included. Commercial licensing is included in Brand and Full Production tiers, and available as an add-on otherwise.
What's the revision policy?
Each tier includes a set number of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at €25 for quick tasks or hourly for full projects.
